We want to offer you the best possible service. If a product you ordered doesn't fit, you can easily return it to us. We would like to point out that returns are an additional burden on the environment. For this reason, we call on you to avoid returns in advance by making conscious consumption decisions.

You can return your order on www.ortovox.com within 30 days after delivery.
Charges for returns
6 simple steps to return your order
- Print the return slip and the shipping label: Print shipping label and return slip.
- Fill out the return form and include your order number and email address that you used to order from us.
- Place the completed return form in the package with the goods and seal it tightly.
- Stick the shipping label on the outside of the package and take it to the nearest post station.
- As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will issue you a credit note for the purchase amount, minus the return costs of 5 €*.
*Valid for EU countries only. Please note the information in the section "Charges for returns". - The refund will be made using the same means of payment as at the time of purchase. If the minimum order value for free shipping is not reached due to the return, we will additionally deduct the shipping costs from the credit.
