Returning AVABAG cartridges: What you need to do

There are several important points to observe when returning AVABAG cartridges. Because the cartridges are classed as dangerous goods, they must be packaged in the safety packaging included with the product. Here, we explain how to quickly and easily return your cartridge.

  1. Register your return
    Print off the returns form and the shipping label: print documents

  2. Receive a returns label
    Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible and send you the returns label via email.

  3. Package the cartridge
    Securely seal the packaging and stick the returns label on the top where it can be clearly seen.

  4. Seal the packaging and stick on the label
    Securely seal the packaging and stick the returns label on the top where it can be clearly seen.

  5. Send the returns package
    Take the package to your closest DPD pickup point and hand it over.
    Please note that AVABAG cartridges can only be returned by DPD.
