All ORTOVOX backpacks with extra safety compartments or attachments for safety equipment in the main compartment can accommodate all ORTOVOX shovel and probe models. These backpacks have special compartments or attachment options for avalanche equipment, so you always have your shovel and probe within reach.

EXCEPTION: Please note that our TOUR RIDER 28 S, CROSS RIDER 20 S, and FREE RIDER 20 S shovel models are not compatible with our KODIAK 3.1 shovel. If you own one of these shovels, make sure it fits in your backpack or choose an alternative shovel.
