After booking a service request and sending your product to the address provided, you can check on how the service is progressing. The overview in your customer account enables you to view all of your current service requests at a glance. If you need more details, you can find all your service requests under “My service requests”.

Under “My service requests” you can scroll down to see all your service requests. Here, you can see all your request details, including the current status.
Automatic updates on your service request status
We will automatically update you via email on your service request status. You will be informed of when your package has been received, when processing has been completed, when the service report is available and when your package has been sent back to you.
Invoices and check-up reports available to download
Once your service requests have been completed, you will receive an invoice via email and can then download this invoice from your ORTOVOX customer account. As soon as you have paid the invoice, your ORTOVOX product will be sent back to you and you will receive a comprehensive check-up or service report. You can also download the report from your customer account, under the tab “My service requests”.
