To guarantee the quick and smooth delivery of your order, we work with DHL, DPD (for shipping cartridges) and Swiss Post. Your order will generally leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days and passed on to the shipping provider.

International delivery
We deliver to almost all European countries, the USA and Canada. If you visit our online store at www.ortovox.com and the shopping cart symbol is displayed at the top right of the page, this means we deliver to your country.

We can only ship within the country from which you have ordered.
If we are unable to deliver to your country, the product page will display the “BUY LOCAL” button followed by your closest ORTOVOX dealer with that product in stock. You can also use our dealer search to find all the authorized specialist ORTOVOX dealers near you.
We are currently unable to deliver to the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland or Norway.
