We currently offer the option to pay for service request bookings via invoice. We are working on adding alternative payment methods and hope to offer you additional options soon.
As soon as the service has been finalized, you will receive a pro forma invoice that you can pay via bank transfer. The IBAN can be found in the footer of the invoice. Once we have received payment, we will send your checked or repaired device back to you.
In Germany and Austria, the device will be sent back with the invoice.
