Exchanging items ordered from the ORTOVOX online store

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from our online store, please place a new order in our shop and return the previously ordered item via your order history in your customer account. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a direct exchange.

Exchanging items purchased from a specialist dealer

We are unfortunately unable to accept a return to the ORTOVOX online store if you purchased your item from a specialist ORTOVOX dealer. In this case, please contact the dealer directly to find out about their exchange conditions.
