Service requests: how to book a service online

Want to book a service for your ORTOVOX product? You can complete certain services yourself online in just a few steps!

Find out which services you can currently book yourself using your customer account in this article: You can book these services via a service order

  1. Set up an ORTOVOX customer account or log in to your existing account: ORTOVOX customer account
  2. Click on the tab “My service requests” and fill out the form for your service request.
  3. At the end, you’ll receive an address you can send your device to. Please note that you will have to pay the postage costs.
  4. Under the “My service requests” tab, you will find an overview of all your current requests, including their current status. We’ll also send you convenient updates regarding your service request via email.
  5. Once the service has been completed, we will send you an invoice and a comprehensive service report. The service report can be downloaded from your customer account.
  6. As soon you have paid the invoice, we will send your product back to you.
