Unfortunately, it is not always possible to repair a product. This could be for a number of reasons:

• The product is so extensively damaged that it is no longer possible to repair it to its original state.
• For avalanche transceivers that are over 10 years old (see build year for that model), there are often no longer any replacement parts available.

• Your avalanche transceiver battery has leaked.
