Repairs out of warranty, for example due to personal fault

Ensuring you can enjoy our products on your alpine tours for years to come is extremely important to us. That’s why we offer a fairly priced repair service for damaged products even out of  warranty and the extended statutory warranty period.
With this service, you don’t just spare yourself and your wallet a new purchase – you also protect the mountains. Because the most sustainable product is the one we already own. Every product that we can use for 3 more months thanks to a repair reduces our carbon, waste and water footprint by 10%!

HOW TO: SUBMIT A REPAIR REQUEST

As our products are highly functional and equipped with many technical features, we are unfortunately not always able to repair everything.

Would you like us to repair your ORTOVOX product out of warranty, for example due to personal fault? Send us a repair request using our contact form with clear pictures of the defect and the SUBJECT “REPAIR”. We will then get in touch with a quote and let you know what the next steps will be if we are able to repair the product for you.

WHEN IS A REPAIR SUBJECT TO CHARGE, AND WHEN IS IT FREE?
If a repair is subject to our 
warranty or extension of the statutory warranty, this is considered a claim and the repair is free of charge for you. Repairs out of warranty are always subject to charge, as are repairs required due to personal fault (even within the warranty).
